A cozy sim for the Roblox tween audience. Slow pacing, soft feedback loops, no aggressive monetization. The team had art but no game logic.
Built the economy first — making sure prices, recipes and upgrade costs created a satisfying 20-minute play loop. UI came second, tuned for thumbs and joy.
Hit "trending" within 5 days. Used as a case study by Roblox for non-PvP retention.

Data-driven recipes with ingredient timers, success rates, and tiered customer demand. Designers added new dishes via spreadsheet.
Customers have moods, patience timers, and tip multipliers. Animated reactions for served / failed orders.
