The rules of the road for using brainly.studio, buying our digital products, and commissioning custom work.
When you buy a digital product from Brainly Studios, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it under the tier you selected at checkout. You don't buy the product itself — you buy the right to use it within these limits.
The license starts when your payment clears and lasts indefinitely, unless terminated under the conditions below.
One developer, one game or experience. The default tier — covers most solo creators.
Up to 5 developers, multiple projects within a single organization.
Studio / agency tier. Any number of seats, any number of projects.
We retain all intellectual property rights to the product, including any updates we release. Your modifications belong to you, but the underlying product remains ours.
If you're commissioning custom work, ownership terms differ — see your Statement of Work and the Terms of Service.
We can terminate this license if you materially breach it — for example, by redistributing the product or violating the seat limit. We'll give you 14 days to fix the issue first when possible.
On termination you must stop using the product and remove it from your projects. No refund is owed for a breach-based termination.
Questions about a specific use case? Email hi@brainly.studio before you ship — we'd rather sort it out up front than chase it later.
