Product License Agreement

License grant

When you buy a digital product from Brainly Studios, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it under the tier you selected at checkout. You don't buy the product itself — you buy the right to use it within these limits.

The license starts when your payment clears and lasts indefinitely, unless terminated under the conditions below.

License tiers

What you can do

• Use the product in any Roblox experience you own or contribute to, within your license tier's seat limit.
• Modify the product — change scripts, swap textures, retune values — for your own use.
• Combine the product with your own code or third-party assets.
• Use the product in commercial games where you monetize via Robux, gamepasses, etc.

What you cannot do

• No redistribution. Don't share, give away, or resell the product — either in its original form or as part of a derivative pack.
• No public marketplaces. You may not upload the product (or a slightly modified version) to the Roblox Creator Marketplace, GitHub, gumroad, or any other public asset library.
• No sub-licensing. You can't grant rights to the product to anyone else — your team license covers the seats it covers, no more.
• No use as training data for AI/ML models without our written consent.

Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights to the product, including any updates we release. Your modifications belong to you, but the underlying product remains ours.

If you're commissioning custom work, ownership terms differ — see your Statement of Work and the Terms of Service.

Termination

We can terminate this license if you materially breach it — for example, by redistributing the product or violating the seat limit. We'll give you 14 days to fix the issue first when possible.

On termination you must stop using the product and remove it from your projects. No refund is owed for a breach-based termination.
