30-day money-back guarantee
If a digital product we sold you doesn't do what we said it does on its product page, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no fights.
This is broader than your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and it's the policy that usually applies.
Digital products — the fine print
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," a few specific rules apply:
- Refunds are available when the product is broken, misrepresented, or doesn't match its product page.
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind once a product has been downloaded and functions as advertised.
- If a product is updated and a new bug is introduced, you're still covered — let us know and we'll fix it or refund you.
- We'll typically revoke download access for refunded products. Continuing to use a refunded product is a breach of the License Agreement.
How to request a refund
- Email hi@brainly.studio from the email address you used to buy the product.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We'll reply within 2 business days. If we can fix the issue we'll offer that first; if you still want the refund, we'll process it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Custom projects
Custom development work is covered by your Statement of Work (SoW), not this page. Generally:
- Upfront deposits are non-refundable once we've started work (they pay for scope, design and reserved capacity).
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone is approved.
- If we fail to deliver a milestone on time and it isn't your fault, we'll work it out — usually a revised timeline or partial refund, case by case.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended and your license terminated.
