Who we are
Brainly Studios is a Roblox development studio, operating as a sole proprietorship in Italy. For the purposes of GDPR, we are the data controller for any personal information collected via this site.

Data we collect
We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:
When you browse the site
- Anonymized usage data: pages viewed, time on page, browser type, country (via Plausible).
- Technical data: IP address, device type — used only to detect abuse.
When you contact us or send a project brief
- Name, email or Discord handle.
- The content of your message and any attachments you upload.
- Optional: project type, rough budget.
When you buy a product
- Billing name and country (required for tax compliance).
- Email address (to send your receipt and download link).
- Order history — items purchased, license type, date.
- We never see your card number. Payment is processed by Stripe / PayPal directly.
How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Run the shop: process orders, deliver products, send receipts.
- Provide support: reply to your messages, debug product issues.
- Improve the site: aggregated, anonymized analytics — never tied back to you.
- Stay compliant: tax reporting, invoicing, fraud prevention.

Sharing & third parties
We share data with the minimum number of trusted processors needed to run the business:
- Stripe / PayPal — payment processing.
- Hostinger — site hosting in EU data centers.
- Plausible — privacy-focused analytics.
- Resend — transactional emails (receipts).
- Discord — only if you choose to contact us there.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us at any time to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your personal data (we'll keep order records as required for tax compliance, but anonymize them).
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for analytics, etc.

Security
We follow industry standards: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted at-rest backups, and 2FA on every team account. If we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours.
